I like this chugging kind of death metal that Dischordia play. You know the one. The one where it feels like you are being tossed about like on some made rollercoaster ride. You go up and down until you don’t know what way is and what way is down. And again we can blame Meshuggah for this madness. Had they not been so twisted we’d never heard of all these bands that try to match or even outrun Meshuggah for weirdest chord changes. But when it is as good as Oklahoma’s Dischordia I have nothing against them trying to beat the masters. Just bring it on I say. Too bad that this is only an EP. I would have liked to hear more.
