THE GREAT KAT – Beethoven’s Turkish March for Guitar and Symphony Orchestra

The Great Kat – Beethoven’s Turkish March for Guitar and Symphony Orchestra. Beethoven’s Turkish March is the famous march composed in 1811 by Beethoven in the “Turkish” style, which was a military style of a march, using percussive orchestral instruments, like the tambourine and triangle. This popular piece was part of Beethoven’s incidental music “The Ruins of Athens”. Now, The Great Kat, Juilliard grad violin virtuoso and “Top 10 Fastest Shredders Of All Time” (Guitar One Magazine) shreds both guitar and violin at stunning speeds with Symphony Orchestra on this well-known classical work, which was made famous as TV show theme music. The Great Kat is the only guitar/violin double virtuoso shredding Beethoven’s masterpieces at high speeds and bringing his genius masterpieces to a whole new generation with metal. The Great Kat, “Reincarnation of Beethoven”, continues her celebration of Beethoven’s 250th Birthday year with this powerful new recording.
