This German lot is one that I’ve been kinda keeping an eye on, if only squinting. I’ve liked what I’ve heard by them in the past and have kinda high hopes for this new one. If there ever was a genre like romantic metal then AUTUMNBLAZE previous work would fit like hand in glove. If you like stuff like Opeth but think that they’re too progressive then this might be right up your alley. This is more direct yet equally as emotional. If you like metal that is on the more melancholic side AUTUMNBLAZE is the act for you to (re)discover. You get plenty of cool sad melodies to keep you entertained for a while. As I’m a sucker for anything melancholic this is just what the doctor ordered. Anders Ekdahl
