Clenched Fist from Brazil is another of these bands that are more heavy metal than heavy metal ever was to begin with. I like it that way. I can’t get enough of good old traditional heavy metal no matter when it was recorded. So to get an album filled with that sort of music is like X-mas coming early. From the first note I knew that this was going to become another fave metal band to add to my collection of Greek, Chilean, Italian and Swedish bands that makes my ticker work a little harder. This will stand very proud alongside Chilean BattleRage and Bewitched and Italy’s Doomsword. If you like your metal on the more epic side without it going overboard keyboards and choirs then this will appeal to you. I’m a huge sucker for this kind of metal and the more bands I discover the better I feel. Anders Ekdahl
