I like it when a band mixes groove with heaviness. If they do it really well they will have one hell of a pendulum effect on my head. So much that I need to visit a chiropractor to pull my neck straight again. Which very much might be the case listening to FIRELORD. This is my first encounter with them but if they are this good as on this EP all the time I’ve found my new fave band. Sure, you’ll never be without the usual Black Sabbath reference when somebody play as heavy as these guys does but who doesn’t like Sabbath? This is my kind of groovy stoner doom. Anders Ekdahl
