GREAT WHITE must be one of the unluckiest bands in World. Their whole career seems to have been one long struggle with everything from monetary catastrophe to burning down a club with casualties as a result. Musically I’ve never been a great fan of the band. Not that I really have sat down and listened to the music really but there has been something about the band that hasn’t appealed to me. I’m not much for cover records because I feel that you often can’t beat the originals but as a document of where GREAT WHITE comes from musically this is pretty cool. I don’t listen to too much blues based rock but the songs on this album are pretty cool and covers a wide area of influences. A record for those already into GREAT WHITE. Anders Ekdahl
