I know of very few metal bands from South Africa but slowly but surely I get to know of more and more. ING (strange spelling of the album title though) is the latest band from South Africa to drop in on me. I usually get a feeling for the band just from looking at the art work and band photos and this one says thrash metal to me. This is full on thrash metal that takes me back to bans like Nuclear Assault and the second wave of thrash. I loved bands like Vio-Lence and stuff like that back in the early 90s and I still love it to this day so whenever I get to hear a band that plays this kind of thrash today I get a tingling feeling down my spine.
