When I came upon MORTALICUM’s second album it was the first time that I had heard of this Swedish band. And I pride myself in knowing most Swedish bands. But that only goes to prove that there are too many bands to be able to keep track of them all. The title pretty much says what kind of metal this is. If you like bands like Revelation or Dream Death you’ll like this too. Doomy heavy metal with a 70s touch. I was late (again) in discovering this Swedish band but now that I know of them I can’t seem to get enough of them, not even from this, the first album. Anders Ekdahl
