Spanish gothic metal. I honestly don’t think it matters what country you come from today. There might have been a time when there were a charm to finding a band from Chile or Brazil but nowadays with the accessibility of the internet I doesn’t really matter where you come from. I love goth metal with a female vocalist (well I love all goth metal really). This Spanish lot are new to me but I knew from the first note that I’d fall for this. There is a velvet charm to this that I find extremely soothing. This is the kind of goth metal that is like a cold embracing wind on a hot summer’s day. You just go with the flow. I can’t get enough of this kind of goth metal. After a day full of death and black metal this is like honey for the ears. Not too mainstream but still accessible enough to appeal to most metalheads.
