I know that in darkness many things can be hidden and secrets be held but the SECRET OF DARKNESS allures me. But that aside the name itself is a perfect name for a death or black metal band. It would even work well for a goth metal band. With that many variations to choose from there is a lot to expect from this album. This Czech band is without a doubt death metal. The same way that Vader is death metal (no other comparisons made). So don’t go expecting any melodies or even melodeath. This dark and blackened the way death metal used to be in the beginning before it got divided into all these sub-genres. This is death metal for all those of us who like the Polish sound and don’t really want melodies in our death. Anders Ekdahl
