I gotta admit that I had a really hard time figuring out what is what with this release. At first I thought that the band’s name was STAY HUMAN but then it dawned on me that that’s the album title. So now that I know that the band’s name is SOULSPIRYA I can concentrate on the music instead. I had no prior knowledge of this band and when I searched Youtube for a video or two I imagined that this was going to be a Kraftwerk-ish kind of band. But the truth is that this has more in common with latter day Tiamat than the synth sounds of Kraftwerk, even though they might look like them in the video for “We Are Coming”. I like the sound of desolation and despair that SOULSPIRYA’s music exudes. Anders Ekdahl
